Terms of Service
Operated by Diego Gabriel Cortez Loayza. Effective 2026-09-08.
What the service is
We turn published records from official government sources into dated, evidence-backed commercial signals. Every signal links to the specific source record it came from, along with the snapshot of that source and the versioned rule that produced it.
What the service is not
- It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, clinical, safety, or investment advice, and must not be relied on as any of those.
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or certified by any government agency.
- It does not report the current status of any matter. A signal states what a source published on a date, not what is true today.
- It does not guarantee any commercial outcome. Signals are inputs to your own judgement.
Accuracy and freshness limits
Source data is republished as the source provided it, including its errors and omissions. Agencies correct, reclassify and withdraw records. Where a source states that its own results are unvalidated, that limitation carries through to us in full.
Freshness is measured per source and shown with the data. We do not promise real-time delivery, because the sources themselves do not publish in real time.
Subscription, cancellation and refunds
- DeviceSignal — $149 per month
- EcoDelta — $149 per month
- RIADelta — $199 per month
Subscriptions bill monthly and continue until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access to the end of the paid period. We will refund a subscription on request within 14 days of a charge.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their buyer protections and billing terms apply in addition to these.
Acceptable use
You may use signals for your own commercial research and outreach. You may not resell or redistribute the underlying source data as a competing dataset, use the service to build a public alerting product where a source prohibits it, or represent our output as an official or authoritative record.
Automated access must respect published rate limits. We may suspend access that degrades the service for others.
Third-party data rights
The underlying records are public government records. Restrictions specific to each source are listed on the data sources page and apply to your use as well as ours.
Account security, suspension and termination
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that puts the service or its sources at risk. You may terminate at any time by cancelling.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bolivia.
